Zapier and Make recipes

Connect Rezumz to Slack, Sheets or your ATS without writing code.

Rezumz doesn't have a Zapier or Make app yet. Both tools can use the webhooks and the API directly.

Recipe 1: post to Slack when a candidate is shortlisted

  • In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook. In Make, use a Custom webhook. Copy the URL it gives you.
  • In Rezumz Integrations, add that URL as an endpoint with the event candidate.status_changed, and send a test.
  • Add a filter step: continue only when data.status equals shortlisted.
  • Add a Slack step that posts data.name and the job.

Recipe 2: one row per hire in a spreadsheet

Same trigger, filter on data.status equals hired, then add a Google Sheets step that appends a row.

Recipe 3: a daily list from the API

Use a scheduled Zap or scenario with a GET request to /api/v1/jobs/{id}/candidates?status=offer, with the header Authorization: Bearer and your key, and send the result by email or to a sheet.

These tools' basic catch-hook steps don't verify Rezumz's signature, so treat the hook URL as a secret. If you need verification, add a code step that checks the signature as shown in the Webhooks doc.

See it on a real hire

Open a private demo with fictional candidates and walk a hire from job description to offer. No sign-up needed.
