What is Rezumz?
A hiring workspace that keeps a whole hire in one place, from the request to open a role to a signed offer.
Rezumz is a hiring workspace for recruiters and small hiring teams. A hire usually lives in several places at once: a spreadsheet of candidates, an email thread, interview forms, a calendar, a document for the offer, and a chat with the hiring manager. Rezumz puts the hire in one place, and keeps the record of who decided what and why.
People make every decision. Rezumz scores CVs against the job and shows the lines it relied on, collects feedback, and does the paperwork. It never rejects a candidate for you, and AI output is shown as evidence, not a verdict.
What it covers
- Asking to open a role, and getting it approved.
- Writing the job, and opening it to applications on a link.
- Collecting CVs: apply page, upload, CSV import, or forwarded by email.
- Scoring every CV against the job, with the evidence quoted.
- Shortlisting, notes on CVs, and a review page for the hiring manager.
- Scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from every interviewer, and recording the team's decision.
- Offer letters with approval and electronic signing.
- Handing the finished hire to your other systems.
Who it is for
- Recruiters and agencies who screen many CVs and want a defensible shortlist quickly.
- In-house talent teams who need one consistent process and an audit trail.
- Hiring managers, who get a simple view-only page to review a shortlist and vote, without learning the whole product.
What it is not
- It is not a job board. It does not post your jobs to other sites; candidates reach you through your apply page or the other ways in.
- It does not run tests. You can record a test you gave a candidate and its result.
- Its electronic signature is a simple one (a typed name and a confirmation). It does not verify identity, and some countries or contracts need a stronger kind.
- It does not connect to specific ATS or HR systems out of the box. Webhooks and a read-only API let a developer, or a tool such as Zapier or Make, connect it to them.
Rezumz also has a job seeker side (a resume builder and checker). This guide is about the recruiter side.
