The hiring assistant
Ask questions about your own jobs, candidates and interview feedback in plain language.
Ask Rezumz (in the recruiter menu) answers questions about your own pipeline, such as what needs attention today, who has waited longest, who is at the offer stage, or where interviewers disagree about a candidate.
- It only reads. It can't move a candidate, send an email or close a job; it tells you how to do that in the app.
- It sees only what you can see. A teammate in private mode, or a Viewer, gets answers from their own view.
- Each question uses one AI action on a free account, and there is a limit of 30 questions a day.
- Interview feedback is shown as evidence. It summarises where interviewers agree and disagree and doesn't tell you who to hire.
