Import, export and duplicates
Move candidates in from another system, take them out as a CSV, and spot the same person twice.
Import from a CSV
On a job page, choose Import candidates from a CSV. Export your candidates from Greenhouse, Lever, Workable or a spreadsheet and select the file. It needs a Name column, or First name and Last name. Email, Stage and Notes are used when they are there.
- Stage names are matched to ours: Phone Screen becomes Shortlisted, Onsite becomes Interview, Offer Extended becomes Offer, Hired stays Hired, and Rejected, Declined or Archived become Rejected. Anything unrecognised becomes New.
- A CSV has no CVs, so imported candidates have no match score. Add their CVs from the job page when you have them.
- People already on the job with the same email are skipped. You can import up to 500 candidates at a time. Nothing is emailed and no AI action is used.
Export to a CSV
Download this job as CSV, or Download all jobs as CSV, from the job page. The file has job, name, email, status, score, the date the status changed, reject reason, offer compensation and notes. It does not contain CV text; for that, use Download my data on your profile page.
Duplicates
Rezumz compares the email address found in each CV. A candidate who also appears on another job shows an Also on badge with the job and their status there, and two entries for the same person on one job show Duplicate on this job. It only flags: nothing is merged or deleted for you.
