Interview feedback from several interviewers

Send each interviewer their own link, collect locked feedback, and compare it across rounds.

For each candidate you can add interview rounds, such as HR screen, Tech round or Final. Each round has one or more interviewers, and each gets their own private link by email.

What the interviewer sees

  • A short, factual brief of the candidate: total experience, last company and role, certifications, and gaps.
  • A form with scored points, an overall recommendation (strong yes, yes, no, strong no) and a summary comment. They can also add a transcript.

Access and security

  • The link is not enough on its own: the interviewer confirms a one-time code sent to their email. A code lasts 60 minutes and allows 5 attempts.
  • After the code, access lasts 48 hours. The link itself works for 21 days, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Locked, versioned feedback

Submitted feedback can't be edited. If an interviewer changes their mind, they submit a new version and must say why. You see every version (V1, V2, V3) in a dropdown, with the latest shown first. Only the answers are versioned; the candidate's profile is not.

Comparing and checking

  • Rezumz flags feedback that looks copied between interviewers. You can also run an AI check that tells copied wording from honest agreement.
  • Once two or more candidates have feedback, you can rank them. The ranking uses the written evidence, with candidates anonymised so names don't sway it, and shows its reasons.
