1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rezumz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Rezumz Does
Rezumz is a resume-building tool that provides templates, ATS scoring, AI-assisted writing suggestions, and interview preparation content. The Service does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or any specific result from using it.
3. AI-Generated Content
Some content is generated or suggested by an AI model based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy before using it — including on documents (like resumes) that represent factual claims about you to third parties. Rezumz is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or consequences arising from AI-generated suggestions you choose to use.
4. Accounts and Data Storage
Rezumz currently stores your resume data locally in your browser. We do not currently maintain user accounts or a server-side backup of your content. You are responsible for backing up your own data (a backup/export tool is provided in Settings). We are not responsible for data loss resulting from clearing browser storage, switching devices, or browser issues.
5. Payments
The "Resume Builder Pass" is a one-time payment granting temporary access to premium features for a fixed period, as described at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or knowingly false content for submission to employers, and not to abuse, scrape, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment gates.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any resume built with it will pass a given employer's ATS or hiring process.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezumz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost employment opportunities.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
