Billing, export and deleting your account
Cancel any time, take your data with you, or delete everything.
- Cancel from Profile. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. You can change your mind before then.
- Download my data (account owners) gives you one file with your jobs, candidates, CV text, interview feedback, scheduling and email log.
- Delete my account removes everything permanently and stops any subscription at the end of the paid period. It can't be undone.
Two-step sign-in
Under Settings (or Profile, for recruiters), Two-step sign-in adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app to your password. Once it is on, logging in, and opening your workspace in a fresh session, asks for the code. It protects your own account. An owner can't yet require it for teammates.
