Role requests, approvals and assessments

Ask to open a role and get it approved, and keep track of tests you give candidates.

Ask to open a role

On the Approvals page, anyone on the account, including a hiring manager with view-only access, can ask to open a role: title, how many people, team, location, pay range and why. Choose who approves; by default it is the account owner. The approver gets an email and decides on the same page, and must give a reason to decline. Once the job exists in Rezumz, link it to the approved request so there is a record from request to hire.

Assessments

On a candidate, choose Assessments and tests to record a test or task you gave them: its name, a link, a due date, its status (sent, completed, passed, failed, skipped) and the result. Rezumz doesn't host or mark tests. It keeps the record next to the candidate, and it is included in the hire package.
