Short games that help recruiters practise screening, interviewing and deciding

Recruiters at a large recruitment agency and at the recruiting team of a Fortune 1000 company both asked for short, practical games that help recruiters get better at the work.

Action taken
  • Ten games. Spot the Red Flag, Bias Buster and Recruiter Detective play with no login. Interview IQ, Salary Negotiator, Candidate Match, Source Master, AI Recruiter Challenge, Privacy Quest and Hiring Manager Chaos are free with an account. Every round uses a fictional scenario and ends with an explanation.
  • Fresh rounds each play. Each game keeps a pool of 34 to 48 rounds and draws 6 or 8 per play, skipping rounds you have already seen in this browser, so replays do not repeat for at least five plays.
  • Inside the workspace. A Learn page in the recruiter sidebar lists all ten games for a five-minute break. Scores stay in your own browser.
How we resolved it

Shipped. Play now, no login needed for the first three.

Doing more of the recruiting work from inside Slack

We received feedback on the Rezumz Slack bot: that it should do more of the recruiting workflow without leaving Slack.

Action taken
  • Run the pipeline with slash commands. List your jobs, compare candidates, get interview questions for a candidate, shortlist, send a hiring manager brief, move a candidate between stages, find past candidates who fit, and check analytics.
  • "What needs my attention today?". A daily summary of stale candidates, upcoming interviews, overdue follow-ups and strong candidates not yet moved forward.
  • One-click buttons on every scored candidate. Draft an invite or a rejection, get interview questions, shortlist, or put someone on hold, straight from the message.
  • Reliable replies. AI commands now answer in the background so Slack's three-second limit never drops a response.
How we resolved it

Shipped. Type /rezumz help in Slack for the full list of commands.
