Scorecards, reports and the daily digest

Set what interviewers rate once, see which sources lead to hires, and get a daily email of what needs you.

The interview scorecard

On a job, the Interview scorecard panel lists what every interviewer is asked to rate, from 1 to 5. Until you change it, it is the job's must-have skills plus Communication. Edit the list (up to 10 items, each with an optional note on what a strong answer shows) and save. Every new interview link starts from it, so scores can be compared across interviewers. Interviewers who already opened their link keep the form they saw.

Where candidates come from

The Recruiting Analytics page shows, for each source (apply page, CV upload, CV inbox, CSV import), how many candidates came in, how many were shortlisted and interviewed, how many were hired, and the hire rate. A candidate counts as having reached a stage if they were ever in it, even if they were rejected later. Source is recorded for candidates added from now on, so older ones show as not recorded. Small numbers say little, so treat a source with a handful of candidates as a hint, not a result.

Where candidates drop out

Under the same page, rejected candidates are grouped by the furthest stage they reached (before shortlisting, after shortlisting, after interviews began, at the offer), with the most common reasons you recorded. Record a reason when you reject, and this gets more useful.

The daily digest

Under your profile, turn on Daily digest to get one email each morning with what needs you across your open jobs, the same list as your Today page, most urgent first. It is off unless you switch it on, you get at most one a day, and none on a day with nothing to do. Every digest has a link to turn it off.

Offer letter templates

When you create an offer letter you can start from a permanent, fixed-term, internship or contractor template. Each words the letter and the pay line to suit. They are starting points to edit, not legal advice, so have your own lawyer check a template before relying on it.
