Notes, emails, debrief and hiring decisions

Keep one record of what your team thinks of each candidate, email them from their record, and write down the decision.

Notes and marks

Open a candidate and add a note. Tag it as a strength, a concern or something to ask next. Choose Note this line on a quoted line of their CV to attach the note to it. Everyone on the account sees who wrote what and when.

Email a candidate

Choose Email this candidate, start from a template or write your own, and send. The email comes from Rezumz and replies go to your own address. Each email is logged under the candidate. Also mark as rejected moves their status in the same step. You can send up to 50 candidate emails a day.

Debrief and decision

Debrief and decision shows what each interviewer recommended, whether they disagree, and how your team voted. Record advance, hold, reject or hire with a line on why. The reason stays on the record with who decided.

Hiring manager review

Give a hiring manager view-only access under Team, then share the review page for the job. They see the shortlist and a one-line summary of the interviews, and can vote yes, maybe or no with a comment. They can't see CV text or change anything else.

Hire package

For a candidate who is in the offer or hired stage, Download the hire package gives one JSON file: profile, offer, scores, interview feedback, evaluations, notes, the emails sent and the status history. Marking someone hired also sends the same package to any webhook subscribed to candidate.hired. Downloads are written to the audit log.
