Teams and sharing
Invite teammates and choose whether they see everyone's work or only their own.
The account owner can invite teammates from Profile. Teammates work inside the owner's account. In shared mode everyone sees all jobs and candidates; in private mode each person sees only what they added.
- Company domain: under Profile, Team, add your company's domain and publish the TXT record shown at your DNS provider to prove you control it. Once verified you can limit teammate invitations to addresses on that domain.
- Each teammate is a Recruiter (can add and change things) or a Viewer (can look but not change anything, add CVs, send emails or use AI actions that write). The owner sets this when inviting and can change it any time from Profile. A Viewer is blocked in the database itself, not just hidden in the screens.
- Billing, API keys, webhooks, data export and account deletion belong to the account owner.
- The Audit log page (account owner only) lists who created or revoked API keys and webhooks, invited or removed teammates, changed roles, downloaded data, imported candidates, sent interview links, closed out candidates and marked jobs filled, with the time. You can download it as a CSV.
