Rezumz for structured interviews and panels

A panel interview goes wrong in a familiar way: five people leave with five private ideas of what good looks like, and the debrief rewards whoever speaks most confidently. Structure fixes that, and Rezumz makes structure the easy path.

What is hard without it

  • Interviewers rate different things, or nothing, and notes are typed from memory afterwards.
  • People hear each other's views before writing their own, and the group converges too early.
  • A quiet interviewer's concern never reaches the discussion.
  • Feedback is edited after the decision to match it.

How it works for you

01One scorecard for everyone

Set what interviewers rate once per job, from 1 to 5, with a note on what a strong answer shows. The free interview scorecard builder suggests criteria and rating anchors for common roles.

02Independent feedback from a private link

Each interviewer gets their own link and a one-time code by email, with no account to create. They see a summary of the candidate and the scorecard, and write their feedback before seeing anyone else's.

03Feedback that can't be quietly changed

Submitted feedback is locked. A correction is saved as a new version, so the first version stays on record. The recruiter can also edit on someone's behalf, and that is shown as the recruiter's edit.

04A check for copied feedback

Rezumz compares feedback from different interviewers and flags answers that are identical or very similar, so you can ask whether they were written independently.

05See the panel before the debrief

The debrief shows each interviewer's recommendation, whether they disagree, and the team's votes, so the meeting starts with the disagreement and not with the loudest view.

06Evidence from the conversation

If you have a transcript of an interview, paste it in and Rezumz maps what the candidate said to the job's requirements, with quoted lines, as a second look, not a replacement for your own notes.

What it doesn't do

  • Rezumz does not host the interview or record video. You use whatever you already use and capture the feedback in Rezumz.
  • The similarity check is a prompt to ask a question. Similar feedback can be honest.
  • AI summaries and transcript analysis are decision support. A person decides.

Questions

Do interviewers need to sign up?

No. They use a private link and a one-time code sent to their email.

How long do the links last?

The security page lists the exact limits: a link works for 21 days, a code lasts 60 minutes with 5 attempts, and access after verifying lasts 48 hours.

Can we use our own questions?

Yes. The scorecard is whatever you decide to rate, and interview questions can be drafted per candidate and edited.
