Rezumz for hiring managers
You are hiring for your own team, and the recruiter asks you for opinions in six places. Rezumz asks in one: a page with the shortlist and a place to say yes, maybe or no.
Try it free →What is hard without it
- You are asked for feedback by email, chat and in meetings, and it is not in one place.
- You have not seen the CV evidence, only a recruiter's summary.
- You are asked to approve things you can't easily find.
How it works for you
01Ask for a role
If you have view-only access, you can still ask to open a role: the title, how many people, the pay range and why. The approver decides, and you are emailed the answer.
02Review a shortlist on one page
Open the review page for a job. For each shortlisted candidate you see their match, what each interviewer recommended in one line, and whether the interviewers disagree. You do not see CV text.
03Vote, and say why
Vote yes, maybe or no with an optional comment. You can change your vote. Your vote is shown to the team next to the interviewers' recommendations. It informs the decision and the recruiter records it.
04Give interview feedback without an account
If you are interviewing, you get a private link and a one-time code by email. You rate the things the scorecard lists, add a comment and a recommendation. Your feedback is locked once submitted, and a correction becomes a new version.
05Approve an offer
If you are the named approver for an offer letter, you read the letter and approve it or ask for changes with a note. The recruiter then sends it for signature.
What it doesn't do
- View-only access shows the whole workspace's data, not only your role. The recruiter should give it only to people who should see that.
- You can't edit candidates, jobs or letters. The recruiter does that.
- Rezumz is not a video interviewing tool. You interview by whatever means you use and record your feedback in it.

Questions
Do I need to learn Rezumz?
Not really. You use the review page, your interview link, or the approvals page, and each does one thing.
Can I see why someone scored what they did?
The recruiter sees the CV lines behind each score. You see the summary and the interviewers' views, and can ask the recruiter for more.
See it on one real hire
