Rezumz for small businesses hiring without an ATS

If you are the owner, the office manager, or the only person who ever hires, you do not need an enterprise system. You need a way to get applications, tell who is worth a conversation, book interviews and send a proper offer, without spending evenings in a spreadsheet.

What is hard without it

  • Applications arrive as email attachments and you read all of them, or none.
  • You are not sure what a good answer looks like, so you go on gut feeling.
  • Booking interviews is a long email thread each time.
  • The offer is a document you write from scratch and hope you got right.

How it works for you

01Write the job so people understand it

The free job description checker flags wording that puts people off, missing pay and requirements that run too long. Paste in your job description and see what to fix before you post it anywhere.

02Get applications on a link

Open the job to applications. You get a page of your own that you can share anywhere you advertise, with your questions, a place to attach a CV, and a data notice the candidate agrees to. Post it on your own site, social media or any job board you already use.

03See who is worth a conversation

Each CV is scored against what the job needs and shows the lines that earned the score. It is a starting point for you to read, not a verdict. Move the good ones to Shortlisted.

04Book interviews without the thread

Offer a few times and the candidate picks one from a private link. They get a calendar invite and a reminder, and so do you.

05Ask the same questions of everyone

Set a short scorecard for the job. After each interview you rate against it, so the second candidate is judged the way the first was.

06Send a proper offer

Draft the letter from a template, check it, and send it. The candidate signs online with a typed name, and you keep a record. If you have an accountant or adviser, ask them to look at the wording of your first one.

What it doesn't do

  • Rezumz does not advertise your job on job boards. You share your apply link where you advertise.
  • The electronic signature is a simple one and does not check identity. For most small offers that is enough, but take advice if you are unsure.
  • The offer templates are starting points, not legal advice.
