Rezumz for small recruitment agencies

An agency lives on CVs that arrive from everywhere and roles that change weekly. Rezumz is built around that: a CV arrives, you see which open role it fits and why, and everything you do afterwards is on one record you can show a client.

What is hard without it

  • CVs arrive by email, and you have to work out by hand which of your open roles each one suits.
  • A client asks why you put someone forward, and the reason is in your head or a spreadsheet.
  • Feedback from client interviewers comes back in emails and calls, in different shapes.
  • The offer is a document in one place, the approval is a chat in another, and the signed copy is a PDF in a third.

How it works for you

01A CV arrives, and you see where it fits

Each recruiter account has a private email address. Forward or cc a CV to it and Rezumz reads it and matches it against every open job, showing the top three fits with the requirements it matched and missed. Adding it to a job is one click.

02Every score shows its evidence

A match score is only useful if you can explain it. Open a candidate and you see each requirement next to the lines of the CV that support it, or a plain note that nothing was found. Add a note to any line, and tag it as a strength, a concern or a question for the interview.

03Screen at the door with your own questions

For roles you advertise yourself, open the job to applications on its own link. Candidates upload a CV, answer up to five questions you write (right to work, notice period, pay expectation) and agree to a data notice. A required answer of no flags the candidate for you to look at. Nobody is rejected for you.

04Interviews and feedback in one shape

Set what interviewers will rate once per job. Each interviewer, including people at your client, gets a private link with a one-time code and no account. Their feedback is locked, versioned and comparable, and the debrief shows where they agree and disagree.

05Offers with an approval trail

Draft the offer letter from a permanent, fixed-term, internship or contractor template, ask a named approver to sign it off, then send it for the candidate to sign online. You get a printable record of who approved it, when it was sent and signed, and that the letter is unchanged.

06A clean handover

When someone is hired, download their record as one file, or send it to your other system with a webhook. Close out everyone else with a message and a recorded reason.

What it doesn't do

  • Rezumz does not post your jobs to job boards. Candidates come through your apply link, your inbox, uploads or a CSV import.
  • There are no ready-made connectors for specific ATS or CRM products. Webhooks and a read-only API can connect it to them.
  • Teammates are either Recruiters or view-only Viewers, and a Viewer can see the whole workspace, not one client's jobs. Don't give a client a login. Share candidates with them yourself.
  • Data is stored in the United States only, and there is no SOC 2 report yet. See the Trust Centre.

We would rather you know now. See the Trust Centre for how we handle data and what we do not have yet.

Questions

Can I use it for several clients at once?

Yes. Each client's role is a separate job, and a CV waiting in the inbox shows which of your open jobs it fits. There is no separate client portal yet, so you share shortlists with clients yourself.

Does it replace my CRM?

Not today. It is built for the hire itself: CVs, scoring, interviews, offers and the record. Webhooks let you pass events to a CRM or a spreadsheet.

Who owns the candidate data?

Your agency or your client, depending on your arrangement, is the controller. Rezumz processes it on your behalf under a data processing agreement.
