Supply Chain Analyst Resume Template
For a supply chain analyst resume, we recommend Classic Minimal: Calibri, black & white, dense bullets — the safest all-purpose ATS format for any field.
Why this template fits a supply chain analyst resume
A supply chain analyst resume needs to prove data-driven cost and efficiency improvements across the supply chain — Classic Minimal keeps the focus on that with a traditional underlined section style that reads clearly to both a hiring manager and the ATS software screening for Demand forecasting and Inventory optimization.
All 25 Rezumz templates are single-column and ATS-safe by default — this one is just the best starting point for this specific field. You can switch templates any time while editing.
What to put in the template
Order the sections as summary, work experience, skills, then education and certifications. Put your most recent and most relevant role first. Keep it to one page unless you have a long career.
Skills to fill into the skills section
Must-have: Demand forecasting, Inventory optimization, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Data analysis (Excel/SQL), Vendor performance tracking.
If you have them: Six Sigma certification, Power BI/Tableau, Procurement experience.
Example bullet points to copy the shape of
- Reduced excess inventory carrying cost by $180K annually by rebuilding the demand-forecasting model
- Identified a vendor lead-time inconsistency that was causing stockouts, cutting stockout incidents by 25% after renegotiation
- Built a supply-chain KPI dashboard in Power BI adopted by 3 regional teams for weekly reporting
Replace the figures with your own. The layout does the formatting, but the bullets do the convincing.
Does the template matter to an ATS?
Less than people think. Every Rezumz template is single-column with real text, so applicant tracking systems read it correctly. What matters more is that the keywords above appear in your skills and in your bullets.
