Why this template fits a real estate agent resume
A real estate agent resume needs to prove closed transactions and real client outcomes, not just listings — Real Estate Polished keeps the focus on that with a a firm horizontal rule under each heading that reads clearly to both a hiring manager and the ATS software screening for Client relationship management and Market analysis.

What to put in the template
Order the sections as summary, work experience, skills, then education and certifications. Put your most recent and most relevant role first. Keep it to one page unless you have a long career.
Skills to fill into the skills section
Must-have: Client relationship management, Market analysis, Negotiation, Contract management, Lead generation.
If you have them: MLS platforms, CRM software (Follow Up Boss), Luxury/commercial specialty.
Example bullet points to copy the shape of
- Closed 22 residential transactions totaling $8.4M in sales volume over 12 months, exceeding brokerage average by 40%
- Negotiated an average of 3% above initial offer price for sellers across 15 closed deals
- Built a referral pipeline generating 60% of new business through past-client relationship management
Replace the figures with your own. The layout does the formatting, but the bullets do the convincing.
Does the template matter to an ATS?
Less than people think. Every Rezumz template is single-column with real text, so applicant tracking systems read it correctly. What matters more is that the keywords above appear in your skills and in your bullets.
